Each assessment project created through our platform consumes one assessment credit. Exploratory mappings don't consume credits — only the project creation.

Yes, we offer custom enterprise plans tailored to meet the specific needs of larger organizations.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely by Polar, our Merchant of Record, who also handle VAT and tax compliance. You'll receive a VAT-compliant invoice for every payment.
For our Enhanced plan and larger annual commitments, we can arrange bank transfer (BACS) with 30-day payment terms. Get in touch at sales@automate.engineer for invoice-based billing.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes to your subscription will take effect immediately, and you'll be billed on a prorated basis for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
